Breakfast

Breakfast is the trickiest meal of the day, which is why it is the most important to SMART carb. Wheat, fruit and yogurt are unpredictable and should be avoided. Occasionally we may add in a strawberry, but never more then ONE. Click the picture to take you to the recipe or link.  Eggs and a meat are almost always on Will's breakfast plate.
