What am I missing??

Small carb = small meal insulin needs = small mistakes and graph fluctuations.

Nutritional ketones are healthy, and not of concern with NORMAL blood sugars.

Cholesterol is very misunderstood.

Worry about the side effects of SUGAR, and not natural sugar subs, like stevia.

Nobody is going to die or have stunted growth from eating healthy proteins, fats and vegetables.

The only people who think sugar is essential are people who are addicted to sugar.
